Customer Service Representative, Local Credit Union Support

We are looking for an administrative and customer service professional to support our team. You will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to existing customers, helping them through the lending process. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring compliance with timing and banking regulations. The representative collaborates with internal departments to address client needs, maintain accurate records, and support long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with account maintenance and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support lending team with processing applications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and deadlines.
• Partner with internal teams to support client needs and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ Year banking/finance industry experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
